We provide a wide range of community support that allows individuals to make the most of their days through vocational or non-vocational interests.
Individualized Home Support (IHS):
We supply in home services for individuals who need assistance and support with basic skills, banking, budgeting, shopping to allow them to live a happy healthy lifestyle in their homes or their family homes. We also provide transport to and from work, medical / dental appointments as well as consistent help with day-to-day functions. Our goal is to help our individuals achieve their goals and able to enjoy a full and enriching life.
